Mosgaard Pedro Ximenez Cask Whisky is made from organic Danish barley malt, which is malted according to our specifications and brewed according to our methods which are optimized to bring out sweetness, softness and fruit notes - the taste of Funen Single Malt Whisky.

Pedro Ximenez is doubly aged and thus an exciting and titillating acquaintance that challenges the senses. It has first-aged quarter casks built from old Pedro Ximenez casks for about 4 years - and the last year it has been lying on new Hungarian oak to get a spicy challenge to the sweetness from the Pedro Ximenez casks.
