Mosgaard Oloroso Cask Whisky is made from organic Danish barley malt, which is malted according to our specifications and brewed according to our methods, which are optimized to bring out sweetness, softness and fruit notes - the taste of Funen Single Malt Whisky.

It has been in quarter cask Ex. Oloroso casks for 4 years, after which it has been collected in large old Oloroso casks for another year, and thus 5 years old. It has become an elegant sherry-aged whisky with intense flavour notes of malt, caramel, pears, peach, citrus, dried fruits and nuts

Oloroso Cask Single Malt Whisky is highly rated in international competitions and is the only Danish whisky ever awarded the DOUBLE Gold medal at the Berlin International Spirits Competition 2020 with 96 points. Among other things, it has helped to give us the title of Best Danish Whisky Distillery 2019 and 2020.
