All botanicals match each other and provide a cooling mouthfeel against the juniper's heaviness. A fantastic cocktail gin that is tasted through in complex cocktails, or a slim Gin and Tonic.

Botanicals: double the amount of juniper, fennel, anise seed, cloves, Indonesian long pepper, coriander seed, lemongrass and fresh peel from lime and lemon.
