Mosgaard All About Cherries

Mosgaard All About Cherries is our Danish interpretation of a classic "sloe gin style" made from tart organic Stevns cherries from the Frederiksdal estate.

We have distilled a mild, slightly sweet gin that after distillation has steeped for several months with large amounts of freshly picked cherries - and during maceration, the alcohol absorbs into the berries and releases a fantastic taste from both the fruit and the cherry stones

There is a deep cherry flavour in All About Cherries, an elegant fruit acidity that is balanced by citrus from the pure gin, and a deep marzipan flavour that is extracted from the cherry stones - it also gives an enchanting scent from All About Cherries

All About Cherries is still a traditional gin at 40% that is suitable for a good Gin & Tonic - a gentle tonic with a little sweetness further highlights the cherries and is very suitable for the cold months - but also as an ingredient in a Champagne Cocktail the cherries are absolutely fantastic.

Botanicals: Pink pepper, coriander, anise seed, lemongrass, blue cornflower, cloves, fresh lemons, lime and oranges - and lots of good Danish Stevns cherries
