A Jessenhofke collaboration The barley was partly replaced by the farinaceous rest product from Seitan. The result is a light blond sparkling beer with a high bitterness and a sweet and sour undertone.
Ingredients: Water, pils malt*, farinaceous water from Maya seitan, hop challenger*, goldings*, fuggles*, cane sugar*, herbs*, top-fermenting yeast, refermentation in bottle, and nothing else.
