This premium cuvée is elegant and proudly bears the high quality of the organic label in Occitania. The wine is not oaked in order to preserve the natural aromas of the variety of grapes. Winemaking: Direct pressing, Fermentation, and 3 months ageing in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Traditional Vinification.
Tasting:
Pale yellow colour with golden reflections.
Powerful nose of citrus (orange peel), mango and floral aromas (hawthorn, linden), and a subtle note of flower honey. On the palate, the attack is frankly marked by the power and the finesse of Viognier. It is buttery, fresh, and very flexible. A structured and intense finish with good persistence.
Food Pairing: Best to be served at 8-10 °
