Named after the beautiful wildflowers that grow in the region of production, Coquelicot (translated as Poppy in English)are exceptional single varietal wines with assertive fragrances, resulting from a discerning selection of grapes and thorough work in the vineyard coupled with true artisan winemaking. This premium cuvée is elegant and proudly bears the high quality of the organic label in Occitania. The wine is not oaked in order to preserve the natural aromas of the variety of grapes. The wine is perfect for connoisseurs and lovers of fine and gourmet wines.
Vin de France from Hérault’s foothill in Saint Chinian
Description: Terroir of limestone soil located in the Hauts Cantons de l’Hérault with a cool climate. The vines are planted on the slope facing due north with a draining soil ideal for Pinot Noir.

Winemaking: Fermentation and 3 months ageing in thermo-regulated stainless steel tank
